- A staff member who promotes the academic success of the students.

- A resource person for parents, students, and staff; a student advocate.

- A consultant and listener.

- A guide for class placement and selection.

- A class scheduler.

- A member of the school crisis intervention team.

Why would you see a School Counselor?

To talk about: Peer Issues, Conflict Resolution, Substance Use/Abuse, Scheduling/Registration, Grades, Studying, and Other Needs.
